A LIVING-DONOR KIDNEY TRANSPLANT COULD SAVE MY LIFE.
COULD YOU BE MY SECOND CHANCE?

THIS IS MY STORY
I have always been a relatively private person and it is sometimes extremely difficult to ask for help. However, recently and very surprisingly, I have been diagnosed with kidney failure and I am now in urgent need of a kidney transplant. Doctors are saying that finding a living donor is my best chance for survival. People who know me are familiar with my steadfast faith and I am trusting, praying and believing a donor can be found. Everyone seems to be willing to donate upon death, but there is a desperate need for living donor education and what a MIRACLE BLESSING it is to offer this kind of priceless gift to save the lives of others. I know myself, I have been surrounded by so many selfless people over the years that would do this in a minute only if they had all the right information at their disposal. I would be so grateful to anyone who would consider taking the time to check out the information UPMC offers on this subject and consider being a donor, spreading the word for the need of a donor or simply praying for a donor to increase my chances of survival.

I have been so immensely blessed over my life to encounter countless individuals with hearts of gold and compassion that knows no limits. Please join me in my search to increase my chances for locating an eligible donor soon. Please see the information enclosed for more confidential information and the ability to ask questions.
I am eternally thankful and so grateful to everyone for reading this plea, praying for me, consideration of testing to donate, sharing this message, or anything else one can do to assist me.

"PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR MIRACLES, BUT WHAT IF WE ARE THE MIRACLES?"
Being a living donor means you are offering someone a second chance at life by allowing them to receive a kidney transplant sooner.
